This is a collection of frequently asked questions about Marketplace on StackR. If you can't find your answer here, please reach out to support via the chat widget or email community@stackr.world.


I can't list my collectible (generic error)

Most listing errors come from one of these causes:

  1. KYC not complete — see https://help.stackr.world (KYC article). KYC is on VeVe's side.
  2. Item locked / pending transfer — if VeVe is processing the item, wait ~10 min and retry.
  3. Sync pipeline lag — during high-traffic drops, NFT ownership can take up to 1h to sync. Refresh and try again.

If none of the above resolve it, please send: your VeVe username + the exact collectible name + edition number, and we'll escalate to engineering.


How do Gems work?

Gems are an in-app currency for VeVe drops:

  • Buy with OMI or USDC — Wallet → Gems → Buy. Daily spending caps may apply.
  • Used for drops — certain collectibles (e.g. Yoda, Star Wars) are gem-priced.
  • One-way conversion — you can buy gems with OMI/USDC, but you cannot convert gems back to OMI right now.

If you bought gems but they didn't arrive, send us the transaction hash and we'll refund or credit within a few days.


Why was my item delisted? How do I delist?

Items auto-delist after 60 days unsold — this is by design to keep the marketplace fresh. To re-list, just open Vault → item → List again.

To manually delist: Vault → item → Delist (top-right). Refunds the listing fee where applicable.

If your item shows as delisted right after you list it (within minutes), it's usually a licensor restriction — we have to escalate. Send us the collectible name + edition.


"Unable to list your NFT at the moment" — what does this mean?

This generic error usually means one of:

  1. KYC not complete on VeVe — verify and try again.
  2. Item ownership not synced — the NFT just changed hands and StackR is still indexing. Wait 10–30 min and retry.
  3. Licensor restriction — some specific collectibles (e.g. limited promo drops) can't be listed for resale. The error is a catch-all.
  4. Account issue — if your VeVe email differs from your StackR email and the linkage is incomplete.

Send us your VeVe username + the exact collectible name + edition number for investigation.


Can I convert OMI to Gems and back?

  • OMI → Gems: Yes, in-app. Wallet → Gems → Buy with OMI.
  • Gems → OMI: Not currently possible. Gems are a one-way in-app currency.
  • USDC → Gems: Yes, same flow. Wallet → Gems → Buy with USDC.

If you bought Gems and the transaction reverted (OMI/USDC deducted but no Gems received), send us the transaction hash and we'll refund.


When are leaderboard / monthly contest payouts?

Both the weekly and monthly leaderboard rewards are paid within 7 days of each leaderboard period closing. The team manually reviews participation first to make sure all activity was eligible (no wash trading or other ToS violations), then OMI tokens are sent directly to your StackR self-custody wallet.

  • Weekly leaderboard — top 25 users share 10,000,000 OMI every week.
  • Monthly leaderboard — top 100 users share 60,000,000 OMI every month.
  • Total pool: 100,000,000 OMI per month (4× weekly + 1× monthly).

Your share depends on your final position (1st gets the largest tranche, 25th/100th the smallest). You can see the current standings any time at stackr.world/leaderboards.

If your reward hasn't arrived 8 days after the period ended, reply here with your VeVe username and the period + position you finished in and we'll investigate.


How do OMI leaderboard rewards work?

StackR runs two leaderboard reward programs in parallel that reward you for using OMI on the marketplace.

Weekly leaderboard — 10,000,000 OMI shared between the top 25 users every week. Monthly leaderboard — 60,000,000 OMI shared between the top 100 users every month.

That's 100,000,000 OMI distributed every month in total.

How you earn points: every time you spend OMI on a marketplace purchase, you earn points based on the amount of OMI burnt during that trade. There is no enrolment — you start earning automatically from your first purchase.

Where to view rankings: stackr.world/leaderboards shows both the weekly and monthly leaderboards with your current position and points.

When you get paid: rewards are sent to your StackR self-custody wallet within 7 days of each period ending, after the team has manually reviewed activity to remove any trades that violate the ToS (e.g. wash trading).

Fair-play note: wash trading and other manipulative activity are reviewed and removed. Repeat offenders may be disqualified entirely. All trading remains subject to the VeVe and StackR Terms of Service.

If you have any questions or your payout hasn't arrived after 8 days, reply with your VeVe username and the period + position you finished in.


Vault question (sorting / display / item missing)

Common Vault issues:

  • Sorting wrong — known bug with "Floor Price" descending putting N/A first; fix shipped recently. If you still see it, refresh + clear cache.
  • Item missing from vault but visible on VeVe — sync delay; wait 30-60 min and refresh.
  • Item visible in vault but can't list — check the KYC + licensor sections of the listing FAQ.
  • Vault values look wrong — floor prices update every ~15 min; market activity might lag a few minutes.

If something specific is off, send us a screenshot + the collectible names involved.


I paid OMI but didn't receive my collectible

Sorry for the trouble. This usually means the transfer-of-ownership step failed mid-way:

  1. Wait 30 min — sometimes the NFT arrives late; OMI is taken in step 1, NFT arrives in step 3.
  2. Check Vault — refresh and log out/in.
  3. If still missing after 30 min, send us:
    • Transaction hash
    • Collectible name + edition
    • VeVe username

We'll either deliver the NFT manually or refund the OMI within 24h.
