Listing, delisting issues and KYC
If you can't list or delist a collectible on StackR, the most common cause is that KYC has not been completed on VeVe. KYC is handled by VeVe, not StackR — once you complete it on the VeVe side, StackR picks it up automatically.
Complete KYC (self-service)
- Open the VeVe app (or web).
- Go to Settings → Account → Identity Verification.
- Follow the prompts (photo ID + selfie). Approval usually takes a few hours, up to a few days.
- Once VeVe approves your KYC, return to StackR and try listing again.
Still having issues after KYC is approved on VeVe
If KYC is already approved on the VeVe side but listing or delisting still fails on StackR, reach out to StackR support and include:
- Your VeVe username
- The collectible name and edition number you're trying to list or delist
- A short description of what you see (error message, button greyed out, etc.)
This information lets the technical team pinpoint the problem more efficiently.
Delisting is stuck / taking too long — what to do
Delisting is stuck or taking too long
Delisting a collectible on StackR is an on-chain action and normally completes within a few minutes. If your delisting has been pending for an unusually long time (more than ~30 minutes), please try the following before contacting support:
- Refresh and re-check the listing state. Fully close the StackR app or browser tab, reopen it, and go to Profile → My Listings. Sometimes the UI lags behind the actual on-chain state and the item is already delisted.
- Check network status. Visit the Service Status page (see the "Service Status - Services - StackR Wallet and Marketplace" article) to confirm there is no ongoing incident on Base or on the marketplace contract. Base congestion can delay state updates.
- Check your wallet for a pending transaction. Open your StackR Wallet activity tab. If the delist transaction is still "pending," it is waiting for confirmation on Base — no action is needed, just wait. If it failed, you can retry the delist from the listing page.
- Verify gas / ETH on Base. Delisting requires a tiny amount of ETH on Base for gas. If your Base ETH balance is 0, the transaction cannot be submitted. Top up using the bridge guide (see the OMI/ETH bridge articles).
- Try once more after 1 hour. If the listing still shows as "delisting in progress" after an hour with no pending transaction in your wallet, tap Delist again — this resubmits the request.
Still stuck?
If none of the above works, open a support ticket and include:
- The collectible name and listing ID (URL of the listing)
- The wallet address that owns the item
- The transaction hash of the delist attempt (from your wallet activity), if any
- A screenshot of the "delisting in progress" state
This lets our team check the contract state directly and, if needed, manually reconcile the listing.
