Error Message: 'An element can only have one open market listing' on StackR
If you try to list a collectible on StackR and see "An element can only have one open market listing" — or you listed an item but it isn't showing as listed anywhere — it means that collectible already has an open listing taking up its single allowed slot. Each item can only have one open market listing at a time.
Most often this is a leftover listing from an earlier attempt that didn't close cleanly. Sometimes you can see and remove it yourself; sometimes it is stuck behind the scenes and only our support team can clear it.
First, try this yourself
- Open your Vault and find the collectible.
- If it shows as Listed, open it and choose Delist (top-right).
- Wait about a minute, then try listing it again.
If that doesn't work — or it isn't listed anywhere you can see
That points to a stuck listing on our side that you can't remove yourself. We can clear it quickly. Please open a support ticket (reply to this conversation, or email the support team) and include:
- A screenshot of the error, or the item / collectible ID (the long id in the collectible's page URL)
- The collectible name + edition number (for example: Edo Imperial Royal Guard – Lunging Press #19)
- Your VeVe username
With that, we'll locate the stuck listing, clear it on our end, and confirm the item is free to list again — usually within one business day. There's nothing further you need to do.
