Troubleshooting: OMI Tokens Not Appearing in StackR Wallet

Issue: OMI Tokens Not Appearing but I have the token in my VeVe wallet

The OMI migration tool that used to move OMI from VeVe to StackR is no longer available. To move OMI out of your VeVe wallet now, contact VeVe support directly — they handle on-VeVe wallet operations.

Once OMI is at an address you control, you can bridge it to Base (via Superbridge) or send it directly into StackR.


Issue: OMI Tokens Not Appearing in StackR Wallet After Bridge Connection

If you've connected your VeVe OMI wallet to your StackR wallet but your OMI tokens haven't appeared in your StackR wallet, you can ask to request manual processing.

Recommendation: Manual Processing Required

In some cases, the token transfer between VeVe and StackR wallets requires manual processing by our support team.

What to Do:

  1. Contact Customer Support: Our support team can assist in manually processing your token transfer.
  2. Use the "I Still Need Help" Button: Click the "I Still Need Help" button at the bottom of this article to create a support ticket.

Information to Include in Your Support Request:

  • Your VeVe wallet address
  • Your StackR wallet address
  • The amount of OMI tokens you're expecting to transfer
