Troubleshooting: OMI Tokens Not Appearing in StackR Wallet
Issue: OMI Tokens Not Appearing but I have the token in my VeVe wallet
The OMI migration tool that used to move OMI from VeVe to StackR is no longer available, and there is currently no manual release path either. OMI that remained in VeVe wallets was moved by VeVe to Immutable zkEVM: it is visible on-chain and is not lost, but that wallet is VeVe's, so neither VeVe support nor StackR can move it on request today.
Opening a ticket at https://help.veve.me puts your account on record with VeVe for when a release is announced. Please do not send OMI from StackR to a VeVe Collect Wallet address — there is no route into VeVe and it cannot be retrieved.
If OMI later arrives at an address you control, you can bridge it to Base (via Superbridge) or send it directly into StackR.
Issue: I used the migration tool earlier and the OMI never arrived in StackR
Migrations that were started while the tool was live were processed in batches, and the last of those completed in February 2026. If you started one before then and the OMI never arrived, we can check the record of your transfer.
What to Do:

Information to Include in Your Support Request:
- Your VeVe username
- Your StackR wallet address
- The amount of OMI tokens you were migrating and roughly when you started it
