How do I connect my VeVe account to StackR?
To connect VeVe to StackR:
- Log in to https://www.stackr.world with your StackR email (you'll get a 6-digit code via Privy) or via social login (Google/Apple/etc.)
- Go to Settings → Connected Accounts → Connect VeVe.
- Enter your VeVe credentials when prompted.
- VeVe will send a 6-digit verification code to your VeVe email. Enter it on StackR.
- Once linked, your VeVe collectibles + OMI balance appear in StackR within ~1 hour.
If the 6-digit code never arrives: check spam, then whitelist no-reply@mail.privy.io. Hotmail/Outlook commonly delays the email.
I'm not receiving my login code email
Login codes are sent via Privy. If you're not receiving the email:
- Check spam / junk folder — most common cause.
- Whitelist
no-reply@mail.privy.io— add it to your contacts before retrying. - Hotmail / Outlook addresses are slow with delivery. Wait 5 minutes; if nothing, try a different email or use social login.
- Wait + retry — don't spam the "Send code" button; that throttles delivery.
If still nothing after 5 min and the email isn't in spam, ping us with your account email and we'll investigate. As a fallback the user can also contact Privy directly at support@privy.io.
My NFT / collectible isn't showing in StackR
If a collectible isn't showing in your StackR vault but you can see it in VeVe, it's usually a sync delay:
- Wait 30-60 min — the NFT ownership pipeline can lag, especially after high-traffic drops or recent transfers.
- Refresh the page + log out and back in.
- If still missing after 1h, send us your VeVe username + the collectible name + edition.
We had a known incident in early May where the sync pipeline was stuck for 37h — that's now resolved.
My transaction is stuck on pending — what do I do?
For transactions stuck under 30 minutes, please wait — Base/Ethereum congestion can slow confirmations.
If stuck over 30 min:
- Check the transaction on https://basescan.org (Base) or https://etherscan.io (L1) using the tx hash.
- If the tx shows "success" but your balance hasn't updated, refresh + relogin (sync delay).
- If the tx shows "pending" or "failed", send us the hash and we'll investigate or trigger a manual refund.
For sales stuck at 75% — that's a known transfer-of-ownership delay; usually clears in <2h.
"You are not allowed to perform this action" — error
This error usually means there's a mismatch between your StackR email and your VeVe-linked email — the action you're trying (listing, transferring, etc.) requires verified ownership, and the linkage is incomplete.
To fix:
- Re-authenticate VeVe — Settings → Connected Accounts → Reconnect VeVe.
- Confirm both emails are linked — your StackR account and your VeVe account.
- If still blocked, send us your StackR email + VeVe username; we'll fix the linkage manually.
