Error Message: 'You are not allowed to perform this action' on StackR

If you see the message "You are not allowed to perform this action" in the StackR app or marketplace, it usually means one of the following checks has failed. Work through these in order:

  1. KYC / Verification not complete or not approved

    • Listing, selling, buying high-value items, and cashing out all require a completed KYC.
    • Go to Profile → Settings → Verification and confirm your status is Approved (not Pending or Rejected). If rejected, re-submit with a clearer government ID and selfie.
  2. Region restriction

    • Some actions (marketplace trading, fiat cashout, certain drops) are blocked in restricted jurisdictions. Check the latest supported-region list in our Terms. A VPN will not bypass this and may trigger a lock.
  3. Account flagged or under review

    • Multiple failed logins, suspicious activity, or a pending support ticket can temporarily disable actions. Check your email for a message from StackR support.
  4. Item-level restriction

    • Some collectibles have a lockup window after purchase/transfer (typically 7 days) before they can be re-listed or sent. Open the collectible detail page and look for an "Available on" date.

If none of the above apply, please reply to this conversation with:

  • The exact action you were trying to perform (list, buy, send, cashout, etc.)
  • The collectible or token involved
  • A screenshot of the error
  • Your registered email

A support agent will then check your account state directly. Related articles: Listing, delisting issues and KYC, Cashout Guide StackR wallet.
