I need KYC to list — how do I complete it?
KYC is handled by VeVe, not StackR. Once you complete KYC on the VeVe side, listing on StackR will work automatically.
To complete KYC:
- Open the VeVe app (or web).
- Go to Settings → Account → Identity Verification.
- Follow the prompts (photo ID + selfie usually). Approval takes a few hours up to a few days.
- Once approved, return to StackR and try listing again.
If you're still blocked after KYC approval on VeVe, send us your VeVe username + the collectible name + edition and we'll investigate.
What is KYC and do I need it?
KYC (Know-Your-Customer) is identity verification required before you can:
- List collectibles for sale on StackR
- Cash out OMI to an external wallet or exchange in some jurisdictions
KYC is handled by VeVe, not StackR — same KYC works for both.
To complete it: open VeVe app → Settings → Account → Identity Verification → upload ID + selfie. Approval usually takes a few hours.
If you're only browsing or buying with crypto you already hold, KYC isn't required.
How do I KYC on StackR?
KYC is on VeVe's side, not StackR. Open the VeVe app → Settings → Account → Identity Verification, then upload ID + selfie.
After VeVe approves your KYC (usually a few hours), StackR automatically picks it up — no extra step on StackR. If you're still blocked after VeVe approval, send your VeVe username + the action you're trying to do and we'll investigate.
I have a feature request / feedback
Thanks for the feedback! Please send detailed feature requests + UI feedback to feature-requests@stackr.world — we bundle and prioritise from there.
We do read everything; the right place is just that mailbox so it doesn't get lost in the support inbox.
Where is my transaction history / hash?
In StackR, transaction history is in Wallet → Activity. Tap any transaction to see the on-chain hash.
For older or missing transactions:
- All transactions are public on https://basescan.org (Base) or https://etherscan.io (Ethereum L1) — search by your wallet address.
- If your wallet address is missing transactions on either explorer, the tx may have been rejected client-side (didn't broadcast). Send us the date/amount and we'll investigate.
